Wedding Fee Schedule

Clergy Honorarium                                                                          $250.00

Paid to the Rev. Mark R. Miller

 

Church Musician Fee                                                                      $225.00*

Paid to Mr. Rick Burk

 

Church Facilities Use Fees

 (for cleaning, security, and facilities fees)                          $340.00

Paid to Westminster Presbyterian Church

 

Use of Other Clergy or Musicians

It is church policy for those who wish to have a wedding or memorial service at the church to use the church staff.  Requests to include other musicians and clergy will be considered but not as a replacement for church staff.  Requests to include other clergy will need to be approved by the church board.

* If Additional rehearsals or preparation of music not in the organist’s repertoire is requested will incur an additional fee of $30.00/hr.

 

Flowers

Flowers are welcome to be displayed during the service.

 

Reception

If a reception is desired the fees for the parlor or the fellowship hall is an additional $275 to cover the additional cleaning and staff for the space.  After the first hour and a half of the space use for the repast and or reception will cost an additional $175 per hour to cover the cost of staff.  All fees must be agreed upon prior to the service and paid no later than the day of the service.

A deposit if 50% is required to reserve the space.  All remaining fees are due at the time of the rehearsal.
